Artistic Vision

 

Dance has always been a major part of my life. Since a young age when I started dancing I knew that it was the career path I wanted to choose.My time in vocational training has allowed me to share my excitement with people who want to create and dance as I do. I dance because it is my passion; being able to dance everyday is allowing me to do something I love. I feel my strength as an artist is in performance and technique, and my intense vocational training has given me a strong base, which allows me to open up the emotions and performance side of dance. I particularly enjoy doing all types of jazz including commercial and musical theatre and these styles are something I would want to pursue. I look forward to going to different places to take dance classes with well-known dancers and choreographers as I feel I could learn a lot from them. I would like to be able to travel around the world dancing. I would like to spend some time performing on cruise ships, as it would be a great way to meet new people, dance different routines, and get to see parts of the world. My aspirations and goals as a dancer are to be able to entertain the audience, and be able to connect and communicate with them through dancing.
